How to Order

Ordering takes three steps

Every brand has its own price list. You tell us how much you want of each item by filling in that sheet and sending it back — we price it and reply with an invoice.

Download the price list

Open the brand you want from Brands and click PRICE LIST. You get an Excel sheet with every item, its barcode, case size and your wholesale price.

Fill in the quantities

In the sheet, type how many you want in the green Order Qty column. Leave every other column alone — the line totals and the order value work themselves out as you type.

Order in whole cases. Save the file when you are done.

Send it back to us

Upload the saved sheet from your account, or email it to us. Either way it reaches the same team and you get a reply with the invoice and shipping details.

Two ways to send your order

Upload it in your account

Go to My Orders, click New Order from Price List, choose the brand and attach your filled sheet. The request is logged against your account so you can follow it, and nothing gets lost in an inbox.

Attach the sheet to an email and send it to info@distributiongate.com. Please put the brand name in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.

What happens next

  • We check availability and confirm your prices.
  • You receive an invoice with the total and payment details.
  • Once payment is arranged, we prepare and ship your goods.
  • You can follow the order any time under My Orders.

Good to know

Minimum order Set per brand, not company-wide — roughly $10,000 to $150,000 depending on the brand. The figure is printed at the top of each price list.
Lead time 6–8 weeks as a rule. Some brands take longer — we will confirm the timing once you place the order.
Case quantities Orders are shipped in original cases, not single pieces.
Where goods ship from Each price list states its own terms — check the EXW line at the top of the sheet.
Prices change An offer is valid within the current month. Always start from a freshly downloaded sheet.
